(Washington, D.C., Wednesday, December 11, 2019) – The National Association of REALTORS® will host its first-ever Real Estate Forecast Summit in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, December 11.

During the Summit, the top 10 outperforming markets in the U.S. will be announced.

U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Dr. Ben Carson will serve as keynote speaker and 16 leading real estate and banking economists will arrive at a consensus real estate market forecast for 2020.

During the invitation-only, daylong summit, the 16 economists will participate in panel discussions on the following topics: Government Policy Toward Housing; Regional Variations; Apartment & Commercial Real Estate; and Market Outlook – Differences and Commonality.
