Dear PSA Director,
The November 2020 election will be one of the most important elections of our lives. Before November, the Quaker organization, Friends Committee on National Legislation (FCNL) is trying to get hundreds of young adults registered to vote. In 2016, young adult voter turnout was very low, with less than 40 percent of eligible voters between the ages of 18 and 29 casting a ballot. Young adult turnout increased in the 2018 midterm election. Their voices matter and they must continue to turn out to vote.
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought new challenges and struggles, but it has showed us the importance of leadership. FCNL is urging Americans to register to vote and vote early if you can.
Please help by placing this PSA in heavy rotation between now and Friday, October 9, 2020.
Thank you in advance for your support.
