Small Business Owners Head to Washington to Advocate for
Policies that Support Growth
More than 2,000 small business owners from across the country are in Washington, DC for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Summit – the largest gathering of small business owners in the U.S. The event comes as a new survey finds small business owners optimistic about their growth potential, even as they face rising costs and concerns over the government shutdown.
Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses helps entrepreneurs create jobs and economic opportunities by providing access to education, capital and support services. For 15 years, the program has helped small businesses grow through its national education program. Since inception, Goldman Sachs has committed $750 million to 10,000 small businesses. To date, the program has served over 17,000 business owners across all 50 states.
