UPS recently commissioned a survey of 1,000 U.S. workers that reveals more about what job seekers are looking for in seasonal/temporary employment. The top 5 motivators for wanting seasonal employment included: wanting to get ahead or catch up on household bills/expenses (32%); holiday expenses coming up (30%); creating an emergency savings fund (28%); gaining experience/building their resume (28%); exploring a new industry (25%).
UPS continues to hire for package handlers, driver helpers and personal vehicle drivers.
