(Atlanta, GA, Friday, June 5, 2020) – In this historic moment in our fight for civil and human rights, voters will cast ballots in Georgia on June 9. But with a number of unnecessary barriers to the ballot, Georgians may not be able to cast their votes safely and securely.
All Voting is Local, along with a number of other organizations throughout the state, are working to ensure that these barriers are dismantled, and that voters feel empowered.
Voters should know when, where, and how they can cast their ballots for the June 9 election. They also should know that they can call the nonpartisan voter hotline, 1-866-OUR-VOTE if they are experiencing issues voting.
All Voting is Local fights to eliminate needless and discriminatory barriers to voting before they happen, to build a democracy that works for us all.
