Dear PSA Director,

This is an extraordinary election year. Control over the U.S. House and Senate hangs in the balance as voters go to the polls this November. The public is deeply polarized along partisan lines, and threats of violence related to the elections have been rising.

The outcomes of local elections—from school board representatives to the governor and our members of Congress—will significantly shape our common life, and the integrity of our democratic process is at stake.

Participating in elections is a bedrock of our democracy.  We can all  help ensure a free, fair, and safe process for all voters. Together we can resist efforts to undermine our current democratic processes and support true democratic reforms to our still flawed election system.

Electing our next lawmakers is our best chance of making significant progress on racial and economic justice, the equality of all people, the climate crisis, gun violence, and other urgent issues of our time.

Please help by placing this PSA in heavy rotation between now and Tuesday, November 8, 2022. Thank you in advance for your support.
