Improving our current health care systems is important to our country — a process that includes providing safe, effective, efficient, timely, patient-centered and equitable care.  Now, Vidant Medical Center has been honored with a citation of merit for the American Hospital Association-McKesson Quest for Quality Prize for leadership and innovation in quality and patient safety improvement.
