Tom Camp, UPS Driver for 50 Years without an Accident

One company is setting the standard for on the road safety.  UPS has announced the induction of 1,283 drivers into its elite “Circle of Honor,” raising to 6,400 the number of drivers who have steered clear of accidents for 25 years or more.  Collectively, more than 6,400 drivers have logged more than 5.3 billion miles and more than 178,663 years of safe driving through their careers.  That’s enough miles to circle the earth 212,000 times.

Tom Camp has driven for 50 years delivered five million packages without an accident.

I think one of the most important tips is to leave yourself space.  these people are on their cell phones all the time now.  Just keep watching your mirrors all the time.  You’ve got to keep your eyes moving all the time.   And stay in one lane.  Don’t be hopping from lane to lane.
