AND IF YOU CAN GET FIVE, EIGHT, THIRTEEN POUNDS OFF RELATIVELY QUICKLY, IT TREMENDOUSLY UPS YOUR ODDS OF SUCCESS.  AND WE KNOW THAT THE BEST PREDICTOR OF LONG-TERM WEIGHT LOSS IS SHORT-TERM WEIGHT LOSS BECAUSE IT’S THE ULTIMATE MOTIVATOR.  BUT, WE ALSO KNOW THAT ‘WINGING IT’ DOESN’T WORK.  TRYING TO DO IT ON YOUR OWN CAN BE HARD.
